- •Monitor internal teams and external service providers
- •Manage site service budgets
- •Lead and develop teams of 2–10 employees
- •Provide coaching and support career growth
- •Act as the primary contact for business units
- •Translate business needs into workplace solutions
- •Support space planning and cost allocation
- •Oversee capital and infrastructure projects
- •Lead small-scale projects and office moves
- •Develop reliability programs for critical building systems
- •Represent the facilities department during audits
- •Lead site-level safety initiatives
- •Drive continuous improvement through KPIs and benchmarking
