Requirements
- •Master's degree with 5 years' experience or Bachelor's with 7-11 years' experience
- •Minimum EOD Level 3 qualification
- •Basic CBRN reconnaissance level training
- •At least 6 years professional experience
- •Minimum 3 years weapon contamination experience
- •Experienced and successful EOD operator
- •Knowledge of CBRN operations
- •Computer literacy
- •Ability to work in multicultural environments
- •Ability to train and mentor partners
- •History of publications as an asset
- •Fluency in English (C1 or above)
- •Fluency in French as an advantage
- •Arabic or Russian as an asset
- •Good health and medical check-up
- •Driving license for manual transmission vehicles
- •Willingness to accept unaccompanied postings

- •Analyze and report on post-strike scenes
- •Train and mentor national mine action organizations
- •Build relationships with authorities and UN agencies
- •Supervise program and support staff
- •Define annual objectives and priorities
- •Manage and implement the program budget
