Tasks

  • Lead DA Access team across R-D-C continuum
  • Develop transformative access solutions for priority markets
  • Represent Access talent and topics internally and externally
  • Drive vision and inspire leadership in Access community
  • Operationalize Integrated Product Access strategy
  • Collaborate with TAs and Medical Affairs on value proposition
  • Ensure access landscaping and payer evidence in TPPs
  • Champion global strategic vision for access innovation
  • Develop global integrated product access strategy
  • Co-create international pricing strategy and guidance
  • Generate payer negotiation strategy and prepare countries
  • Create innovative patient access and contracting approaches
  • Support brands with robust payer value proposition
  • Develop expert value evidence for TPPs and clinical programs
  • Integrate HEOR deliverables in cross-franchise strategy
  • Determine payer evidence requirements and risks
  • Create compelling access strategy and toolbox
  • Maximize asset value with winning pricing strategies
  • Build best-in-class Access capabilities
  • Attract, retain, and develop Access talent
  • Report technical complaints and adverse events within 24 hours
  • Distribute marketing samples where applicable
