- Organize townhalls and offsite workshops
- Ensure structured and timely follow-ups
- Create strategic management documents
- Prepare presentations for business management
- Consolidate financial data from various stakeholders
- Handle general administrative tasks efficiently
- Check and allocate invoices
- Process expense reports
- Plan and coordinate business trips
- Book hotels, flights, restaurants, and meetings
- Manage internal and external correspondence in German and English
- Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders
- Ensure professional representation of the Head CSD
