Requirements
- 5-10 years supporting VP or C-suite leaders, ideally in global matrix organization
- Strong project coordination or PMO exposure
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Experience with SAP/Ariba, Concur, SharePoint (a plus)
- Fluent English

- Proximity to Basel or willingness to relocate
Tasks
- Drive smooth office operations for PMG Switzerland
- Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, and on-site sessions
- Manage complex calendars across time zones
- Plan international travel
- Prepare expense reports
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external senior stakeholders
- Partner closely with the US-based Executive Assistant
- Support onboarding and IT coordination
- Manage special projects (presentations, data, organizational structures)
- Ensure a professional executive environment and flawless visitor experience
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
