Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales
  • Proven track record in selling complex enterprise solutions, ideally within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors, or consultancy background
  • Strong ability to manage long sales cycles and engage with C-level decision-makers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership and make a direct impact
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Structured, strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and drive business growth
