Driving full sales cycle for data ecosystem solutions in machine manufacturers' service supply chain. 3-7 years B2B enterprise sales with complex solution selling in manufacturing/industrial sectors required. Flexible working hours.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales
- Proven track record in selling complex enterprise solutions, ideally within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors, or consultancy background
- Strong ability to manage long sales cycles and engage with C-level decision-makers
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership and make a direct impact
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Structured, strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales
- Fluency in English and German
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and drive business growth
Tasks
- Own and drive the full sales cycle
- Develop and execute sales strategies for OEMs
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Align sales efforts with business objectives
- Ensure a healthy and active sales pipeline
- Identify, qualify, and develop leads
- Negotiate complex contracts with enterprise clients
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Provide insights on customer needs and market trends
- Refine and optimize the enterprise sales process
