- Track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Ability to run insight-led enterprise sales cycles
- Skill in mobilizing buying committees
- Executive presence with CFO/CIO/Shared Services heads
- Comfort navigating enterprise procurement
- Ability to manage complex multi-threaded deals
- MEDDICC-style qualification and forecasting discipline
- Collaboration with presales and post-sales teams
- ERP/SAP exposure or finance transformation sales
- Experience selling automation platforms
- Experience with global enterprise rollouts
- Fluency in English and German or another major European language
Tasks
- Win and grow strategic enterprise accounts
- Own the commercial outcome from pipeline to close
- Develop and execute territory and account plans
- Generate pipeline through prospecting, partners, and events
- Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and forecasting
- Practice insight-led selling to reframe customer problems
- Conduct executive discovery to uncover operational bottlenecks
- Build alignment across CFO and CIO-led buying committees
- Manage business cases, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Quantify value through metrics like cycle time reduction
- Partner with Solutions Engineers on workshops and demos
- Coordinate with Customer Success for implementation readiness
- Position the company against competitive point tools
- Ensure seamless handoffs from closing to project kickoff
