Tasks

  • Establish the company's market presence in Switzerland
  • Present translation services to Swiss clients
  • Act as a product ambassador and customer expert
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries
  • Qualify and convert incoming business leads
  • Manage the full-cycle sales process
  • Shape the regional go-to-market strategy
  • Meet monthly activity and revenue goals
  • Build a new business pipeline from scratch
  • Pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Manage inbound prospects from qualification to close
  • Forecast and track opportunity and customer details
  • Collaborate with international SDR and Marketing teams
  • Provide market insights to inform expansion strategies
