Full sales cycle for AI-powered business planning platform, building executive relationships across DACH. Enterprise SaaS B2B or finance experience required. Flexible hours, hybrid work, company offsite.
Requirements
- First-hand experience as B2B Enterprise Account Executive or similar SaaS B2B/finance role
- Ability to open and develop enterprise market across DACH
- Partnering with business leaders and executives, developing long-term relationships, closing deals, aligning stakeholders
- Affinity for tech/product issues or relevant finance/business planning experience
- Passion for Pigment's mission and client value
- Deep track record of creating significant revenue impact and relationships
- Resourceful, creative problem-solver for client business needs, understanding Pigment's role
- Proven track record of success (President's Club, Chairman's Club)
- Experience working with extensive Partner/Channel Ecosystem in all sales cycle stages
- Experience in defined Sales methodology framework (preferrable Command of the Message/MEDDICC)
Tasks
- Lead full sales cycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success and technical teams
- Create detailed business plans to meet goals and quotas
- Build relationships with executives across industries
- Consult prospects and customers on business objectives
- Model use cases for business transformation
- Provide professional after-sales support
- Negotiate agreements
- Maintain sales and data records in Salesforce
- Analyze sales insights and data
- Experiment with new growth tactics
