- •Ability to work with globally distributed teams
- •Solid presentation and public speaking skills
- •Ability to adjust to different audiences
- •Effective written and verbal English communication skills
Work Experience
approx. 1 - 4 years
Tasks
- •Identify and qualify priority accounts with ELT and Country managers
- •Develop strong relationships with key account teams
- •Create coherent account plans with account teams and sales managers
- •Present the value proposition to customers with the account team
- •Coach and mentor account teams
- •Create short, mid, and long-term account strategies
- •Prioritize initiatives based on deal impact and resources
- •Extend stakeholder reach and executive access
- •Drive accelerated revenue growth and facilitate linearity
- •Collaborate with key Red Hat teams for optimal customer solutions
- •Integrate value selling in large deals with BVP
- •Involve services teams early in the sales process
- •Collaborate on large deals with Dealmakers
- •Work with Vertical CoE’s to grow customer footprint
- •Include Technical SMEs for PoCs and sales support
- •Provide feedback to the BU on customer and sales demands
- •Build go-to-market strategies with regional partners
- •Identify gaps in sales enablement curriculum and drive improvements
