Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of DACH or Poland market

Tasks

  • Provide front-line HR support for teams in DACH and Poland
  • Prepare offer letters and employment agreements
  • Manage new hire paperwork and employee changes
  • Coordinate maternity, parental leave, and off-boarding processes
  • Review and suggest local employment policies
  • Research and optimize country-specific benefit offerings
  • Transfer accurate data to external payroll providers
  • Maintain high data quality within the Workday HRIS
  • Execute special projects for onboarding and process improvement
