Tasks
- Support full employee lifecycle administration
- Prepare, issue, and track employment contracts
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities
- Manage offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee files
- Update HRIS and People & Culture systems
- Administer annual leave
- Action health & safety reporting
- Monitor sickness
- Provide People & Culture operations support
- Prepare, validate, and submit payroll inputs
- Administer benefits programmes
- Ensure up-to-date benefits documentation
- Monitor compliance with German labour laws
- Contribute to European regulations and administration
- Support audit requirements and compliance reporting
- Ensure P&C systems meet legal standards
- Contribute to P&C projects
- Identify opportunities to streamline P&C processes
- Support implementation of new P&C tools
- Prepare reports and data insights
- Participate in cross-functional project teams
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in organising culture-building activities
