Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, early career program management, or HR-related fields
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with ATS platforms (Workday is strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, SharePoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to plan and execute events, manage multiple priorities, and work cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland without work permit sponsorship
Tasks
- Oversee undergraduate and MBA recruitment programs
- Design and execute learning opportunities for participants
- Maintain a programming calendar for events and initiatives
- Plan events to enhance engagement and networking
- Manage internship project collection and communication
- Coordinate rotation placements to meet business needs
- Lead training sessions for managers and program participants
- Manage recruitment processes and build relationships with institutions
- Create communication strategies for new hires
- Ensure seamless onboarding processes with relevant teams
- Facilitate compliance with recruitment regulations
- Design surveys to measure program effectiveness
- Analyze feedback to generate actionable insights
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
- Provide guidance on career development to participants
- Build relationships with stakeholders for participant success
- Plan and host networking events outside standard hours
