Requirements
- •Master’s degree with a background in Finance
- •Certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- •Fluency in German and English
- •At least 10-12 years of financial services experience as a Client Relationship Manager
- •Sound understanding of the Swiss private banking market
- •Strong and natural interest in financial markets
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- •Client-oriented and solution-oriented
- •Superior investment acumen and solid network of clients
- •Good understanding of Governing Regulatory Framework
- •Strong collaboration skills with a positive approach
- •Professional integrity

Tasks
- •Identify and develop relationships with HNW/UHNWIs, Family Offices, Foundations, and Pension Funds
- •Acquire new clients aligned with the bank's business proposition
- •Grow existing business relationships to increase assets under management
- •Balance client relationships, prospecting, investment growth, and compliance
- •Plan and manage resources effectively for optimal business operations
- •Recommend suitable investment products and services based on client objectives
- •Review client portfolios to ensure alignment with investment goals and risk profiles
- •Collaborate with Investment Managers to discuss financial goals and market conditions
- •Act as the Accountable Client Owner for all AML aspects of client relationships
- •Maintain relationships with management teams and ensure compliance with guidelines
- •Work closely with other functions to deliver Deutsche Bank's value proposition
- •Support business growth strategies and contribute to team performance
- •Participate in client social events and marketing activities
- •Complete Key Risk Indicators and periodic KYC reviews in a timely manner
- •Document call reports summarizing discussions and required follow-ups
- •Build and maintain client relationships from initiation to closure
