Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA with Supply Chain or Finance specialization preferred
  • 7-12 years of progressive experience in supply chain, sustainability, or ESG roles
  • Proven track record of implementing sustainability initiatives in complex, global supply chains
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and reporting tools
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience with data analytics and tools for tracking sustainability metrics
  • Ability to influence and lead change across diverse teams and geographies
  • Fluency in English

Tasks

  • Develop and lead the supply chain sustainability strategy
  • Integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles
  • Identify and prioritize feasibility studies for sustainability initiatives
  • Evaluate economic and product viability across all brands globally
  • Lead the emissions reduction strategy, focusing on beef emissions
  • Oversee the development and implementation of animal welfare policies
  • Support the Global Sustainability team in developing the Sustainability strategy
  • Prepare the Restaurant Brands for Good report
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment for sustainability initiatives
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on sustainability performance
