- •Clear and inspiring communication skills
- •Experience managing research budgets under pressure
- •Experience working with multiple countries
- •Proven track record in developing business strategies
- •Eligibility to work in Switzerland without sponsorship
- •Mastery of quantitative and qualitative research techniques
- •Stronghold in analytics and data synthesis
- •Ability to tackle structured and unstructured problems
- •Comfort with large data and qualitative insights

- •Own the global platform and oversee program expansion and innovation
- •Integrate reporting and insights for better decision-making
- •Identify opportunities based on guest experience and insights
- •Develop research guidelines and toolkits for various methodologies
- •Ensure standardized processes are used across all regions
