Description

In this role, you will shape supply chain sustainability by developing strategies that align with ESG goals and regulatory requirements. Your work will involve leading emissions reduction efforts, overseeing animal welfare policies, and preparing impactful reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field
• •MBA with Supply Chain or Finance specialization preferred
• •7-12 years of progressive experience in supply chain, sustainability, or ESG roles
• •Proven track record of implementing sustainability initiatives in complex, global supply chains
• •Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and reporting tools
• •Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills
• •Experience with data analytics and tools for tracking sustainability metrics
• •Ability to influence and lead change across diverse teams and geographies
• •Fluency in English

Tasks

• •Develop and lead the supply chain sustainability strategy
• •Integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles
• •Identify and prioritize feasibility studies for sustainability initiatives
• •Evaluate economic and product viability across all brands globally
• •Lead the emissions reduction strategy, focusing on beef emissions
• •Oversee the development and implementation of animal welfare policies
• •Support the Global Sustainability team in developing the Sustainability strategy
• •Prepare the Restaurant Brands for Good report
• •Ensure stakeholder alignment for sustainability initiatives
• •Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on sustainability performance
