Director - Silicon Logical Design(m/w/x)

Description

You will lead the digital design team through the full lifecycle of AI accelerator SoCs, from initial RTL implementation to tape-out, while driving technical innovation and mentoring a high-performing engineering organization.

Requirements

• •Expertise in RTL and micro-architecture
• •Large-scale SoC integration experience
• •Understanding of PPA trade-offs
• •Collaboration for functional and timing closure
• •Strong communication and strategic skills
• •Experience with high-performance compute architectures
• •Familiarity with industry-standard interconnects
• •Knowledge of low-power design techniques
• •Experience with silicon bring-up and debug
• •Experience in fast-scaling environments

Tasks

• •Lead and scale the digital design organization
• •Translate system specifications into high-quality RTL implementations
• •Manage end-to-end logical design from concept to tape-out
• •Collaborate with architecture, verification, and physical design teams
• •Define best practices for RTL quality and coding standards
• •Oversee block-level and top-level SoC integration
• •Ensure performance, power, area, and schedule targets
• •Support silicon bring-up, debug, and validation activities
• •Perform root-cause analysis of silicon issues
• •Contribute to IP strategy and future architecture roadmaps
• •Mentor engineers to foster technical excellence and ownership
