Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree required
- •MBA or PhD preferred
- •10 years in Market Access required
- •Experience in rare disease preferred
- •Experience in early patient access programs
- •Experience in CNS space preferred
- •Hands-on pricing negotiation experience
- •Proven success in cross-functional teamwork
- •Fluency in English mandatory
- •Additional European languages advantageous
- •Strong digital literacy required
- •Microsoft proficiency required
- •Excellent communication skills required
- •Strong formal presentation skills
- •Ability to travel internationally

- •Develop pricing and access strategies based on insights.
- •Deliver high-quality P&R dossiers on time.
- •Identify evidence requirements for successful access.
- •Support creation of program-specific Evidence Plans.
- •Coordinate negotiation strategy with a clear approach.
- •Build stakeholder relationships for access engagement.
- •Consult patients about their needs and disease impact.
- •Establish relationships with payers and key opinion leaders.
- •Prepare and manage annual strategic plans and budgets.
- •Monitor trends in Health Technology Assessment and reimbursement.
