- Manage change and transition processes
- Anticipate and interpret geopolitical and regulatory impacts
- Translate impacts into workforce and leadership decisions
- Contribute to global HR strategy and firmwide initiatives
- Operate locally while navigating globally
- Provide oversight across core HR disciplines
- Develop partnerships with HR BPs, HR Operations, and other functions
- Drive standardization and process optimization
- Improve efficiency and employee experience
- Shape decision-making on complex people issues
- Influence senior leaders on engagement and inclusion
- Lead and develop Continental European HR Advisors
- Deliver high-quality guidance across the employee lifecycle
- Resolve complex operational matters
- Partner with Employee Relations and legal counsel
- Identify and mitigate employee relations issues
- Manage local staff delegations
- Provide leadership on reward philosophy
- Deliver the annual compensation cycle
