- •Partner with leaders to implement the people strategy
- •Manage a dedicated international team of HR Business Partners
- •Drive talent outcomes and organizational effectiveness
- •Coach business leaders on appropriate HR solutions
- •Represent the business to Centers of Expertise and HR Operations
- •Action long-term workforce planning and organizational capabilities
- •Analyze HR data to address organizational dynamics and trends
- •Optimize organizational structures according to group standards
- •Build a high-performance culture through KPIs and targets
- •Recognize and reward high performance in teams and individuals
- •Execute succession planning for business-critical positions
- •Promote diversity and inclusion within the talent structure
- •Advise on and facilitate necessary change management initiatives
- •Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations
