Tasks

• •Advise the SVP and executive leadership on operational steering
• •Lead and coach the Head Office team
• •Foster a collaborative and continuous learning environment
• •Develop the annual operating calendar and leadership agendas
• •Orchestrate the SCM leadership cadence and decision cycles
• •Prepare reports for the Board and senior management
• •Manage the SCM communications agenda and strategic messaging
• •Oversee the global Supply Chain Tech Demand Management process
• •Manage SCM governance processes and policy alignment
• •Co-lead community engagement and cultural transformation initiatives
• •Resolve cross-functional issues requiring enterprise alignment
