- •Demonstrated experience managing large complex enterprise relationships
- •Ability to uncover and meet client needs
- •Understanding of business, financial, and technical terminology
- •Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives in a global organization
- •Strong leadership and motivational skills
- •Commitment to gaining relevant knowledge and skills in commercial markets
- •Strong project management and coordination skills
- •Strong problem solving and analytical thinking
- •Superior communication and presentation skills
- •Technological awareness to visualize opportunities
- •Ability to operate as a self-starter with limited guidance
- •Enjoyment of fast-paced, high-intensity environments
- •CFA/FRM designation or progress towards it is a plus

- •Drive opportunities to expand existing relationships
- •Promote client loyalty and retention
- •Harvest additional assets from current clients
- •Engage with C-suite and senior leadership as a trusted partner
- •Understand client objectives, workflows, and market events
- •Create and implement client commercial strategies
- •Collaborate with business development to expand services
- •Provide strategic engagement on regulatory requirements
- •Drive product adoption of Aladdin Wealth capabilities
- •Develop relationships across Aladdin and BlackRock teams
- •Convey client requirements to product teams
- •Engage clients on enhancements to the Aladdin Wealth Platform
- •Lead strategic projects initiated by clients or Aladdin Wealth
- •Stay informed on wealth management industry trends
