In this role, you will shape BlackRock's communications strategy in Switzerland, collaborating with executives and internal teams to enhance the firm's brand and reputation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing media strategies and engaging with various stakeholders across multiple channels.

• •6 to 10 years’ experience in corporate or agency Corporate Communications
• •Excellent understanding of financial services industry
• •Track record in reputation management
• •Proven track record of communications campaigns
• •Proven leadership experience
• •Analytical thinking and stakeholder integration
• •In-depth knowledge of Swiss media landscape
• •Understanding of digital communications landscape
• •Fluency in English and German

Tasks

• •Develop and oversee the execution of the communications strategy
• •Enhance knowledge and recognition of the firm's brand
• •Deliver BlackRock content to stakeholders through various channels
• •Partner with executives and business heads on communications programs
• •Collaborate with internal teams on corporate and commercial initiatives
• •Manage BlackRock’s reputation through impactful communication programs
• •Create media strategies and story ideas for key focus areas
• •Maintain relationships with business, financial, and trade media
• •Co-manage day-to-day activities of the PR agency
