  • 7–12+ years' corporate communications experience, including significant internal communications
  • Strong media relations experience, ideally within Swiss media landscape
  • Experience supporting senior executives or CEO visibility in listed company
  • Native German speaker with full professional fluency in English
  • Strong writing and editorial skills
  • Excellent judgement and ability to operate in high-visibility situations
  • International or listed company environment experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of Swiss media and corporate environment
  • Ability to balance transparency, precision, and reputational considerations
  • Credibility with senior stakeholders and executives
  • Calm, structured, and solution-oriented approach under pressure

Tasks

  • Manage media relations and internal communications
  • Ensure consistent, clear, and timely messaging
  • Support senior leadership in enhancing Group visibility
  • Foster internal engagement and alignment
  • Develop proactive media engagement strategies
  • Maintain relationships with key journalists
  • Coordinate CEO and senior leadership media visibility
  • Prepare media briefings and interview materials
  • Coordinate media activities for strategic events
  • Update the company’s intranet content and navigation
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage
  • Develop internal communication plans
  • Draft internal announcements and updates
  • Ensure consistent messaging across regions
  • Support CEO and senior leadership internal visibility
  • Engage employee engagement initiatives
  • Foster regional communications community
  • Organize Senior Leaders quarterly calls
  • Advise on communication approach and timing
  • Translate complex topics into clear communication
  • Align internal and external narratives
  • Maintain editorial standards
  • Manage sensitive issues and reputational matters
  • Prepare holding statements and internal guidance
