- •Master’s degree or equivalent certification in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related subject area
- •Minimum 7+ years of experience in Facilities, Engineering, Automation, or Technical Services within the Life Science or Pharmaceutical industry
- •Strong understanding of GMP and compliant engineering environments
- •Proven experience leading large teams and diverse technical functions across multiple geographies
- •Shown success in process improvement, operational excellence, and change management
- •Strong commercial competence, financial literacy, and experience leading significant budgets
- •Experience working effectively in complex matrix organizations
- •Passion for developing people and building successful teams
- •Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are an asset

- •Oversee site-level functions in Facility Management, Engineering, and EHS
- •Collaborate with leaders across various departments to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans
- •Drive team performance by completing sales and operational plans
- •Lead Facility Management, Engineering, and EHS functions in alignment with business targets
- •Support the General Manager in strategic decision-making regarding facilities investments and CAPEX planning
- •Attract, mentor, and develop a customer-centric team
- •Foster a collaborative culture focused on partnership and continuous improvement
- •Provide leadership to managers in Facility Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Maintenance
- •Drive succession planning and talent development across the organization
- •Ensure reliable facility operations and workplace safety
- •Manage project execution for engineering initiatives and facility upgrades
- •Anticipate challenges and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies
- •Ensure compliance with internal standards and audit requirements
