Description

In this role, you will be the key liaison for external manufacturing partners, overseeing everything from tech transfers to compliance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality production while driving strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• •At least 10 years in manufacturing/operations
• •Minimum of 5 years managing large-scale projects
• •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences
• •Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred
• •Proficiency in a GMP-regulated environment
• •Preference for Small Molecules, Peptides, or Oligos
• •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams for 3+ years
• •Strong negotiation skills
• •Commitment to high integrity and compliance
• •Excellent English communication and presentation skills

Tasks

• •Act as the primary contact for specified partners
• •Manage relationships with external manufacturing partners
• •Oversee multiple partners with varying complexity
• •Mentor partners as needed
• •Manage simple and complex tech transfers
• •Lead or support due diligence and sourcing projects
• •Lead complex end-to-end squads
• •Handle multiple CMC projects across technologies
• •Ensure seamless execution of development and supply chain activities
• •Lead international governance teams across diverse functions
• •Manage routine production and quality control activities
• •Enforce compliance with GMP, Quality, and SHE standards
• •Conduct regular risk reviews to address supply issues
• •Manage budgets and drive cost-reduction initiatives
• •Align partner activities with global manufacturing strategy
