Requirements
- 10–15 years Supply Chain Planning experience in pharma/consumer goods
- Strong grounding in demand planning processes and KPIs
- Understanding of Forecast Accuracy, Bias, MAPE
- Analytical mindset for data interpretation
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Hands-on experience with Advanced Planning Systems
- SAP BW experience (strong plus)
- Experience with data tools like Tableau
- Experience with data tools like Excel
- Familiarity with cGMP, FDA, or equivalent regulatory environments
- Working knowledge of logistics operations
- Working knowledge of warehousing operations
- Working knowledge of transportation operations
- Financial literacy (P&L, budgets)

Tasks
- Lead EU demand planning function
- Manage and mentor demand planners
- Drive demand consolidation for EU
- Guide recruitment and onboarding of demand planners
- Foster high-performance and continuous improvement culture
- Lead cross-functional demand consensus meetings
- Align forecast scenarios with Finance, Product Management, and Business Intelligence
- Document and act on key decisions, risks, and opportunities
- Synthesize competitive intelligence, regulatory timelines, and reimbursement changes
- Develop broad commercial and scientific market understanding
- Prepare and lead Market S&OPs and S&OE processes
- Ensure supply strategies align across markets and operational units
- Analyze and mitigate supply risks and disruptions
- Collaborate with site supply teams and commercial partners
- Protect customer service levels and manage inventory health
- Maintain BMS supply chain metrics (OTIF, Customer Service, PWO)
- Play key role in new product launches
- Partner with Launch Excellence and Supply Chain Planning Leads
- Translate market-level demand into site production plans
- Conduct scenario planning for 0–12 weeks and 0–12 months
- Influence global cross-CPSO initiatives
- Shape demand planning processes and KPI frameworks
- Build global influence and leadership reputation
