Requirements

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electronics, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of control logic and process automation, operational process digitalization
  • Experience with MES, ERP, or traceability systems
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI / Tableau, RPA tools (for example: Power Automate) and industrial IoT solutions
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Technical English (written and spoken) and Italian at least intermediate
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and industrial automation systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, IBA) is an advantage

  • Analyze manufacturing and business processes
  • Identify automation and digitalization opportunities
  • Design process automation solutions
  • Implement digital workflows and paperless processes
  • Collect and analyze production data
  • Collaborate with Operations, IT, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams
  • Define functional and technical requirements
  • Develop KPI dashboards
  • Maintain data acquisition systems
  • Manage technology suppliers
  • Support system integrators
  • Ensure safety, quality, and cybersecurity compliance
  • Train end users
  • Support change management activities
