  • Lead global ESPP design, launch, and rollout
  • Collaborate with project lead and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Test critical components and processes
  • Develop operational procedures and training materials
  • Monitor and reconcile monthly employee contributions
  • Coordinate share purchases and transfers
  • Manage participant records and changes
  • Serve as first-point of contact for employees
  • Monitor participation trends and prepare analytics
  • Recommend enhancements to drive engagement
  • Execute deferred compensation lifecycle activities
  • Support annual regulatory reporting
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests
  • Handle ad hoc projects and requests
