Requirements
- •Contributions to trigger or reconstruction in HEP
- •Understanding of end-to-end HEP experiment operations
- •Experience in international collaborations (Advantageous)
- •Knowledge of LHC experiments (Advantageous)
- •Expertise in data compression techniques (Advantageous)
- •Experience applying AI/ML methods (Advantageous)
- •Proficiency in GPU programming (Advantageous)
- •High proficiency in C++, Python, and ROOT
- •Understanding of event reconstruction and HEP formats
- •Spoken and written English
- •Commitment to learn French
- •National of CERN Member or Associate State
- •Background in Physics or related field
- •Master's with 2-6 years or PhD with 0-3 years experience
- •No previous CERN fellow or graduate contract

- •Advance lossless compression using AI and ML techniques
- •Improve raw data structures for faster access
