Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Operation of large scale Kubernetes environments
  • Troubleshooting Kubernetes components, web interfaces, data analysis engines
  • DevOps operations (Linux) and configuration management
  • Developing and maintaining Python web applications (full-stack)
  • Database and data mining architectures and technologies
  • System configuration tools and automation for infrastructure
  • UNIX shell script and Python programming required
  • Java knowledge advantageous
  • Troubleshooting and monitoring Linux systems and deployments
  • Problem identification, definition, and assessment
  • Delivering high quality work on time
  • Building and maintaining constructive work relationships
  • Flexibility and absorption of new techniques
  • Keeping up-to-date with developments in expertise
  • Spoken and written English
  • Commitment to learn French

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain interactive analytics infrastructure
  • Support SWAN and Jupyter Notebooks through lifecycle stages
  • Configure analytics and visualization solutions
  • Evolve and migrate analytics systems
  • Perform system upgrades and patches
  • Monitor system health and performance
  • Ensure high performance, availability, and security
  • Provide consultancy and assistance for analytics use-cases
  • Support Analysis Facilities infrastructure and services
  • Share domain and technical expertise
  • Mentor and train peers in technical skills
