Requirements

  • Experience with version control systems and CI/CD workflows
  • Experience with container deployment and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes / OpenShift)
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes operator pattern
  • Desirable experience managing CMS (Drupal, WordPress, Joomla) or PHP software
  • Plus experience with observability tools (Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong commitment to user satisfaction
  • Linux and Bash scripting
  • Programming in GoLang and Python
  • Git, CI/CD tools, test and deployment automation
  • Container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
  • Knowledge of Web Content Management Systems
  • Spoken and written English
  • Commitment to learn French
  • National of a CERN Member or Associate Member State
  • Maximum two years of professional experience since graduation
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract
  • Applicants without University degree are not eligible
  • Applicants with a PhD are not eligible

  • Optimize alerting mechanisms
  • Guarantee high availability and performance
  • Contribute to web hosting infrastructure evolution
