National of a CERN Member or Associate Member State
Maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or related field
Never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before
University degree required
PhD not eligible

Tasks

Join a team managing CERN's software services
Contribute to service operation and evolution
Automate service processes
Develop internal web applications
Support users with software services
Analyze software provisioning and licence usage
Develop Python tools and dashboards
Generate and maintain EDA tool containers
Manage software access requests and approvals
Provide user support for software installation
Handle service requests through ServiceNow
Participate in first-line support activities
Support the e-mail service
Collaborate with experienced team members
Improve service processes
Migrate licence management workflows
Support contract renewal discussions
Maintain in-house web tools
