Requirements

  • Good knowledge in analytical techniques and method development
  • User experience in instrument data software and problem-solving skills
  • Strong drive to learn and expand skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Founded knowledge related to network and database infrastructure
  • Strong attention to detail and processes
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Tasks

  • Install and optimize hardware, software, and network products
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues
  • Provide end-to-end solutions for customers
  • Implement coordinated solutions including peripherals and applications software
  • Guide and train users on preventive maintenance and configurations
  • Help customers utilize high-end features of Agilent's systems and software
  • Collaborate with the sales team for tailored consulting based on customer needs
  • Participate in training courses to stay updated on technical knowledge
