Requirements
- 10+ years in technical support, security architecture, systems engineering, or client-facing consulting
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK)
- Strong knowledge of SIEM/SOC operations
- Strong knowledge of endpoint/network defense technologies
- Deep understanding of Windows Server
- Deep understanding of Linux
- Deep understanding of Solaris
- Deep understanding of hybrid-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex technical risks in simple terms
- Process-oriented
- Passion for digital organization
- Passion for documentation
- Passion for technical reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (preferred)
- Technical certifications (e.g., TCAP, TSCE, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, Cloud Platform Certifications) (strongly preferred)
Tasks
- Lead technical journey for strategic accounts
- Transform security requirements into operational successes
- Shift focus from ticket resolution to security outcomes
- Contribute technical milestones to Customer Success Plan
- Conduct regular architectural reviews and configuration audits
- Guide clients through onboarding and deployment
- Design and deliver bespoke workshops and best practice sessions
- Provide technical oversight during critical security events
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis
- Offer proactive recommendations to harden security posture
- Serve as regional liaison between customer and internal teams
- Maintain single source of truth for account health
- Create detailed environment maps, troubleshooting playbooks, and operational reports
