In this role, you will drive customer success across EMEA by building trusted relationships and guiding technical implementations to ensure the company's clients achieve their long-term business goals.

Requirements

• •Three years experience in outward-facing roles
• •Experience with headless products or agency background
• •Familiarity with web and mobile technologies
• •Experience with subscription sales models
• •Collaboration with technical teams for customers
• •Ability to prioritize and handle pressure
• •Excellent English and optional German skills
• •CMS experience and knowledge as plus
• •Success driving strategy for large companies
• •Willingness for occasional on-site customer visits

Tasks

• •Serve as the primary contact for EMEA customers
• •Drive customer retention and account expansion
• •Build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders
• •Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams
• •Report to the Customer Success Team Lead
• •Ensure successful customer onboarding
• •Advise on best practices for project success
• •Help customers establish Centres of Excellence
• •Define success metrics and business value
• •Act as a trusted advisor and advocate
• •Guide customers through the entire product journey
• •Develop deep product and best practice knowledge
• •Provide product feedback to the development team
• •Identify and coordinate expansion opportunities
• •Maintain contact with business leaders and developers
• •Lead check-in calls and business reviews
• •Connect customers with internal subject matter experts
• •Prioritize and address multiple customer requests
