- •Lead commercial discussions and identify upsell opportunities
- •Drive value-focused strategies to grow account revenue and performance
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- •Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- •Share best practices and support continuous improvement within Client Success
