Tasks

  • Advocate for internal and external customers
  • Support daily order management
  • Exceed customer expectations consistently
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Process sales orders in ERP
  • Confirm product availability to customers
  • Manage consignment inventory replenishment
  • Ensure timely and complete order shipment
  • Coordinate deliveries and customer inquiries
  • Liaise with management for customer credits
  • Identify and address quality assurance complaints
  • Trace lost shipments
  • Approve return requests with Supply Planning
  • Coordinate returns
  • Manage shipping priorities
  • Clarify customer orders for shipping
  • Communicate open orders and backorder reports
  • Coordinate physical inventories at customer facilities
  • Issue inventory listings and reconcile discrepancies
  • Approve stock allocation in short supply
  • Coordinate with field staff and Demand & Supply Planning
  • Issue special price quotations and bids
  • Coordinate pricing allowances, deductions, and adjustments
  • Reconcile forecasts with orders and inventory systems
  • Connect customers to Corporate support or field staff
  • Investigate and correct unpaid invoices
  • Support Finance with documentation
  • Handle escalations and credit notes
