- Valid working permit for Germany
- Multilingual skills in Spanish, Italian, Korean, Mandarin, and English (C1/2, TOEFL 95+ or equivalent)
- Proven customer service, client support, and problem resolution skills
- Financial qualifications or background
- Robust communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding/interest in financial services market, economy, and industry trends
- Engaging teammate with superior interpersonal skills and empathy
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambitious, evolving team-oriented environment
- Enjoyment of solving problems and keen eye for details
Tasks
- Provide multilingual telephone support to international participants
- Educate participants on Equity Awards, Stock Options, Restricted Stock Units, and Employee Stock Purchase Plans
- Assist with website navigation
- Maintain participant accounts, including address changes and PIN resets
- Continuously improve processes for the team
