Tasks

  • Coordinate and prepare client and prospect presentation materials
  • Prepare briefing books and collateral materials
  • Take meeting notes for external meetings
  • Participate in client, consultant, and prospect meetings
  • Participate in in-house conference calls
  • Conduct analysis of client portfolios
  • Initiate investigations into client-related topics
  • Respond to internal and external ad-hoc inquiries
  • Provide portfolio and product specific information
  • Provide investment guideline information
  • Provide market trends information
  • Provide regulation considerations information
  • Provide fee information
  • Act as a point of contact for client organizations
  • Coordinate key client communications
  • Support client roadshow organization
  • Support client review meeting organization
  • Capture and maintain client data in internal systems
  • Qualify Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Qualify Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)
  • Coordinate Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)
  • Qualify Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Coordinate Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Ensure proper response to RFIs, DDQs, and RFPs
  • Develop understanding of investment approaches
  • Maintain the Delivery Management Platform (DMP)
  • Update client reporting requirements
  • Create new client reporting templates
  • Respond to operational questions with the Client Service Operations team
