Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, or Data Science
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM, loyalty, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and data analytics tools (Braze, Amplitude, Snowflake)
- Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com, Airtable)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI)
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Process-oriented with experience in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; additional fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Authorized to work in Switzerland
Tasks
- Optimize annual and quarterly CRM calendars with markets
- Align CRM strategies with business priorities and marketing campaigns
- Translate high-level objectives into cohesive CRM strategies
- Define target audiences and channel mix for CRM initiatives
- QA and deploy multi-channel CRM campaigns in Braze
- Translate marketing campaigns into feasible CRM strategies
- Support configuration of lifecycle programs and automated journeys
- Maintain workflows with agency partners for consistent execution
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis
- Provide actionable insights on CRM performance to stakeholders
- Measure impact of CRM initiatives on retention and revenue
- Analyze database health and recommend growth action plans
- Support testing strategies across markets
- Collaborate with the CRM agency for asset production
- Localize CRM calendars with clients and regional teams
