- Background in healthcare or commercial discipline
- Experience in account management and development
- Experience with hospitals or HCP networks
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Project management skills
- Fluency in English and regional language
- Digital fluency in analytics and CRM
- Swiss residency or willingness to relocate
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland
Tasks
- Lead assigned group practices and HCP networks
- Manage relevant hospitals with national or regional reach
- Execute strategic account planning aligned with CRM objectives
- Analyze patient pathways to identify unmet needs
- Identify systemic drivers and barriers to care
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Map and engage complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Connect internal teams with external partners
- Drive clinical adoption and formulary inclusion
