- Contribute to workforce planning
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data
- Optimize recruitment processes
- Manage recruitment based on KPIs and conversion rates
- Position AUTO1 Group as an attractive employer
- Develop partnerships with schools and recruitment agencies
- Act as a sparring partner for management
- Serve as an ambassador for recruitment policy locally and internationally
