Requirements

  • Knowledge of room booking displays coordination
  • Background in trouble ticket requests and administrative tasks

Tasks

  • Ensure a positive visitor experience through superior service delivery
  • Provide front of house services including sign-in, badging, luggage handling, lost and found, and deliveries
  • Greet, assist, and direct candidates, new hires, visitors, and the general public
  • Maintain awareness of onsite events for a personalized visitor experience
  • Contribute to high standards of presentation and functionality in front of house and event areas
  • Set up meeting and event spaces according to team guidelines and EHS considerations
  • Monitor meeting room environments, including furniture, signage, equipment, and consumables
  • Manage and update room booking systems in Outlook, conference room finder, and SharePoint
  • Provide information on local area services such as shops, restaurants, hotels, and transport
  • Update room booking displays and support onsite space audits for operational excellence
