Requirements

• •Track initiatives and report on progress
• •Analyze and review project requirements
• •Ensure clarity and feasibility of initiatives
• •Translate complex ideas into clear artifacts
• •Create problem statements and roadmaps
• •Develop decision logs and dashboards
• •Monitor impacts across processes and systems
• •Schedule meetings and workshops
• •Ensure transparency and project follow-through
• •Prepare analyses for senior management
• •Provide recommendations for prioritization
• •Act as a strategic thought partner
• •Bring structure to ambiguous projects
• •Challenge assumptions to identify inefficiencies
