Requirements

  • •Structured, detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, related field, or equivalent commercial/legal apprenticeship
  • •3-5 years of experience in contracts, compliance, events or procurement
  • •Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
  • •Excellent command of German and English
  • •Conversational French language skills as a plus
  • •Experience in Swiss pharmaceutical or regulated industries advantageous
  • •High IT affinity and digital tools confidence
  • •Experience improving or implementing workflows ideally

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

Work Experience

3 - 5 years

Tasks

  • •Own the end-to-end contracting process
  • •Write and adapt contracts with stakeholders
  • •Align agreements with legal and compliance requirements
  • •Support event engagements and sponsorship agreements
  • •Ensure compliance with the Therapeutic Products Act
  • •Adhere to the Pharma Code and internal guidelines
  • •Provide support for audits and spot checks
  • •Serve as a super user for IT systems
  • •Drive updates for contract management systems
  • •Manage contract creation and payment settlements
  • •Archive documents and monitor financial oversight
  • •Maintain accurate master data for HCPs and HCOs
