Tasks
- Support global compliance and privacy program planning
- Coordinate projects and track program milestones
- Analyze data and report on key performance indicators
- Administer training programs and manage internal communications
- Develop training materials and presentation content
- Manage documentation and provide audit support
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain project plans, dashboards, and departmental reports
- Govern the SharePoint site and documentation repositories
- Support the CCO with ad hoc initiatives
- Implement and support AI-enabled compliance tools
- Provide user enablement and technical training
- Manage project timelines using Microsoft Office tools
- Administer budgets, accrual planning, and contract renewals
- Coordinate with suppliers and resolve issues
- Perform third-party transaction monitoring and risk screening
- Provide help-desk support for risk screening tools
