Tasks

  • Coordinate the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other EU countries for a harmonized approach
  • Co-create implementation concepts with Recruiting, Communications, and Legal
  • Design training and communication materials for line managers and employees
  • Shape and maintain a clear grading framework and transparent salary structures
  • Prepare decision documents for the Supervisory Board and Managing Board
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Managing Board’s remuneration system
  • Assist in the annual preparation of the remuneration report
