Requirements

  • Manage all social security topics within the HR team
  • Advise employees and managers on social security law
  • Process health, pension, unemployment, and nursing insurance matters
  • Handle social security notifications and reporting
  • Coordinate with health insurance providers and authorities
  • Collaborate with internal payroll and finance departments
  • Issue certificates based on social security regulations
  • Optimize HR processes and digitalize administrative workflows
